The Production Technician plays a critical role in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes within a small production team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position involves operating equipment, performing quality inspections, assembling components, and adhering to strict safety standards during standard business hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain product standards
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively within a small team of 1-5 members
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in equipment operation and quality control
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in manufacturing production
