Required Experience & Qualifications- 8–12+ years of Project/Program Management experience , with a focus on digital or enterprise technology initiatives
- Proven experience leading end-to-end RFP processes , including vendor selection and contract negotiation
- Strong background in web and mobile digital transformation projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, and digital agencies
- Strong understanding of commercial models, SOWs, and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in large enterprise environments (e.g., financial services, retail etc..)
- Familiarity with digital experience platforms (DXPs), CMS, mobile app ecosystems, or e-commerce solutions
- Exposure to UX/UI, customer journey mapping, and digital product strategy
