E-Commerce Optimization Lead at H&M

Transform H&M's online shopping experience as the E-Commerce Optimization Lead in Toronto. This role focuses on strategic product ranking and enhancing internal search functionality. Based in Toronto, this in-office position requires over two years of eCommerce experience in fashion retail. You will be responsible for executing online merchandising initiatives and collaborating with the Commercial Manager to align marketing calendars with product visibility. Your goal is to elevate the customer shopping journey through optimized product performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product exposure analysis and execution plans
• Align marketing content with QCP on .com and app
• Optimize ranking through strategic deals and discount activities
• Enhance internal search functionality and product visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in online merchandising
• Strong analytical skills and eCommerce expertise
• Proficient with eCommerce platforms and UX design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills Leverage your eCommerce skills to significantly impact H&M's online presence in Toronto.
