Shape the future of radiological science as a Senior Nuclear Practice Leader at Arcadis. Your leadership will drive diverse nuclear projects and mentor within the Radiation Risk Management Practice. In this critical role, you'll oversee the technical direction and growth of the Radiation Risk Management Practice. You'll be involved in projects across the nuclear fuel cycle, providing essential solutions for both established and new clients. Your expertise in hazard assessments and regulatory compliance will significantly impact project success, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project alignment
- Spearhead strategic initiatives and financial projections
- Conduct program management and optimize resources
- Drive service delivery to exceed client expectations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Radiation Risk Management
- Proven team management skills
- Master’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred
- Experience with industrial and First Nations projects preferred
- Robust communication skills are essential
