Senior Quality Engineering Specialist Bilingual Montreal

Key Responsibilities
- Build reusable test automation frameworks across various layers
- Guide teams on test strategies and shift‑left methodologies
- Mentor engineers on testing and accessibility best practices
- Develop quality standards and tooling strategies
- Measure test coverage and enhance testing feedback loops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least seven years in quality engineering or SDET roles
- Proficient in UI and API testing frameworks
- Robust understanding of accessibility testing
- Familiar with scripting languages such as C# or TypeScript
Your bilingual abilities and engineering insight will be paramount in transforming CMHC's approach to software quality.
