Elevate production systems stability as an Azure Support & DevOps Specialist in a hybrid role located in Montreal. Balance your time between project work and critical support tasks. We are seeking a dedicated Azure Support & DevOps Specialist with over five years of IT experience, including two years focused on Level 3 Production Support. Your role will involve troubleshooting and enhancing Azure-based applications, while collaborating with Development and Infrastructure teams. You'll manage incidents effectively and implement automation to boost system resilience. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure uptime and availability of production systems
- Lead critical incident management and coordination
- Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple domains
- Implement automation to reduce manual intervention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improvements
- 5+ years in IT, 2+ years in Level 3 support
- Strong Azure application support experience
- Proficient in Java and Python debugging
- Experience in regulated environments preferred
- Comfortable with on-call production responsibilities
