Merchandising Manager for Protein Sourcing

Drive protein sourcing and merchandising activities to meet divisional sales targets in a hybrid role. Cultivate vendor relationships and execute strategic initiatives for market growth.
As a key player in this role, you will collaborate with regional teams and vendors to support product life-cycle management and category strategies. You’ll leverage your analytical mindset to provide insights on performance and address market needs while managing multiple projects effectively. Strong communication and relationship management are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary liaison for divisional stakeholders
• Implement tailored merchandising strategies
• Analyze and report on product performance
• Collaborate on market insights and supply chain issues
• Manage vendor activities in CRM and monitor performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and analytics tools
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
