Regional Practice Manager (Markham)

Company Description
Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners is looking for a Regional Practice Manager to lead and support our pediatric and orthodontic dental practices. This Regional Practice Manager will drive operational performance and deliver on key performance indicators, such as patient experience and financial outcomes to ensure our practices deliver exceptional care while achieving sustainable growth.
Job Duties
- Oversee operations of each practice, ensuring productivity, sustaining operational excellence and developing strategies for practice growth and optimization
- Review individual practices, identifying challenges and opportunities, and execute on a strategy for practice growth
- Drive the implementation of company initiatives and policies by developing and executing action plans for practices
- Act as the primary liaison between corporate and practice teams, reinforcing priorities and operational expectations
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other internal teams to implement initiatives and resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- 2 years of recent Office Manager experience at an Orthodontic Dentistry office
- Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management
- Experience managing multiple locations with accountability for financial and operational performance preferred
