Elevate your career as a Driver Trainer with Armour Transportation Systems in Moncton, NB. Play a critical role in driver education and safety compliance. Armour Transportation is seeking a dedicated Driver Trainer to enhance driver onboarding and training. This full-time position, Monday to Friday, focuses on developing drivers while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will help cultivate a culture of safety through various training programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding and orientation training for new drivers
- Support training programs and certification needs
- Provide guidance on ELD and operational technology
- Facilitate safety meetings and capture engagement
- Participate in the incident response call-out team
- Valid Class 1 licence with air brake endorsement
- Proven experience in driver evaluation and education
- Knowledge of transportation regulations
- Familiarity with onboard technology solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
