Transportation Operations Manager AOC Transport Corp. Location Moncton, NB Salary 47.00 to 50.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, On call Starts as early as 2026-12-01 Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Willing to relocate Trucking company Responsibilities: Evaluate daily operations Monitor department’s performance Plan and organize daily operations Plan for changes to schedules and policies Prepare reports for senior management Supervise staff Manage finances or budget Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit Ensure transport compliance with regulations Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods Negotiate for services and preferential rates Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue Organize and maintain inventory Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Supervision 5-10 people Experience and specialization Area of work experience Fleet management Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Work under pressure Own tools/equipment Computer Personal suitability Client focus Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Initiative Organized Reliability Team player Analytical Punctuality Until: 2026-10-14
