Your Mission

Own the client experience after the sale by:

• Managing service requests from first contact through successful resolution.
• Coordinating warranty claims and service visits.
• Communicating professionally with homeowners, builders, architects and suppliers.
• Keeping clients informed throughout every stage of the service process.
• Managing the JARVIS workflow system and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating factory replacement parts and service scheduling.
• Helping turn dissatisfied clients into loyal advocates for VETTA.
• Supporting the Service Manager and Project Managers in delivering an exceptional client experience.
• This is a role where responsiveness, organization, professionalism and accountability matter.

Preferred Experience

• Three or more years in client service, warranty coordination, project coordination or service administration.
• Experience working with construction products, building materials or technical products.
• Experience supporting both homeowners and professional customers.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
