Senior Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Immunology

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Medical Director to lead medical affairs strategy for the Canadian Immunology portfolio across gastroenterology, dermatology, and rheumatology. The role combines clinical leadership, evidence generation oversight, and people management within a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Canadian Immunology medical affairs strategy across multiple disease areas and asset lifecycles
- Lead integrated evidence generation planning, including study design, oversight, and scientific dissemination
- Provide medical leadership for launch readiness, indication expansion, and lifecycle management decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams while maintaining medical affairs independence and compliance
- Represent Canada in regional and global medical affairs forums and strategy development
Requirements
- Senior medical leadership experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs or clinical development
- Demonstrated expertise in immunology or related therapeutic areas
- Cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning experience
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare system, regulatory environment, and access landscape
- People leadership and team management capability
- Scientific communication and external stakeholder engagement skills
