Casual Nurse LPN in South Surrey

Make a difference in seniors' lives with Morgan Creek Seniors Community as a Casual Nurse LPN. Deliver high-quality care in a respectful long-term care environment. As a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse, you will bring your clinical judgment into play, providing safe, dignified care to seniors. Working in a collaborative atmosphere, you will monitor residents, manage medications, and offer essential emotional support. Your role is pivotal in promoting continuous quality improvement as part of the care team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care
- Ensure accurate medication administration and treatment compliance
- Respond to health status changes in residents
- Keep meticulous records adhering to Park Place policies
- Facilitate education for residents and their families
- Current BCCNM registration as RN or LPN
- Preferred experience in long-term care or geriatrics
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Alignment with Park Place’s Mission, Vision, and Values
- Organized with a flexible work approach
