Stocking Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening.
• Provide customer service contact and maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful atmosphere.
• Train and monitor team members’ work habits and performance.
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-quality service environment on the general sales floor.

Qualifications

• Desire to advance to management in the future; supervisory experience is an asset.
• Experience in merchandising and an ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication, inter‑personal, motivational, delegation, and follow‑up skills.
• Positive, mature, professional leadership style and solid understanding of policies and procedures.

Schedule

Applicants must work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and the ability to work Monday through Sunday. Shift times may start as early as 5:00 a.m.
