Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to lead with compassion and expertise? We are seeking a agile Director of Care to oversee nursing operations in an engaging community offering Complex Care, Independent Living, and Registered Assisted Living on a unified campus.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide and motivate nursing and caregiving teams to deliver superior care
- Collaborate closely with families, residents, and interdisciplinary staff to personalize care
- Uphold regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
- Manage budgets and foster a positive workplace within a unionized workplace
- Provide hands‑on mentorship and leadership that inspires your team
Who You Are:
- Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in geriatrics or long‑term care
- CPR certified and values teamwork, respect, and trust
- Holds or working toward a Master’s degree (preferred)
- Ability to get a recent Vulnerable Sector Check
