Member Experience Lead & Sales Coach

Movati Athletic is hiring for a Member Experience supervisor to coach the team, drive sales results, and ensure every member receives a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy experience from the moment they enter the club. You will help members find the right products and services, answer questions, and resolve concerns to maintain a high standard of service.

Salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 CAD annually with potential performance-based commission eligibility.
