Sales Enablement Analyst at TechInsights

Utilize AI-powered tools to identify warm leads and drive our sales team's performance. This full-time, in-office role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement. You will analyze engagement data, market trends, and CRM information to enhance sales strategies and metrics. Your work will directly influence revenue generation while equipping the sales team with essential insights and training materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify warm leads using AI engagement patterns
- Research market trends to enhance sales strategies
- Analyze CRM data for sales performance improvements
- Create and maintain reports to track key sales metrics
- Collaborate with sales team for effective data utilization
- 1–3 years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP and data modeling
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
