Tax Research Resolution Specialist IV

As a Tax Research and Resolution Specialist IV, you will resolve jurisdiction correspondence and amendment forms. The work includes researching agency compliance notifications, preparing returns, and managing records. You will also communicate with clients, customers, and taxing authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve federal, state, and local jurisdiction correspondence
• Research tax agency compliance notifications and discrepancies
• Prepare original and amended tax returns
• Respond to client inquiries with accurate service
• Maintain, scan, image, and index records

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• One to three years of related tax, payroll, or accounting experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail orientation and accurate process adherence
• Organizational, follow-up, teamwork, and independent work skills
