Position Summary

The Fleet Maintenance Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to, all activities involved in supporting the Fleet Maintenance Team. Responsibilities will include scheduling maintenance and repairs, coordinating work orders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and vehicle histories.

Location: 490 Lucas Avenue, Winnipeg. Training is on-site, then transitions to remote, at the moment

Schedule: 40 Hours

What you will do

• Responsible for ensuring that all work is accurately entered in the system in a timely manner.
• Daily data entry of maintenance, rental and lease documents/invoices.
• Reconciling vendor statements monthly.
• Communicating with vendors both verbally and electronically to obtain copies of any missing invoices.
• Daily indexing of documents.
• Data entry of warranty invoices.

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of Admin experience
• High school diploma

Along with the following Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with accounting
• Proficient within a Windows environment
• Transportation experience considered an asset
