Shape news content as a National Lineup Editor with CBC/Radio-Canada in Moncton. Bring your bilingual skills to prepare quality journalism for Téléjournal Acadie and engage with audiences.
In this permanent role, you will leverage your seven years of journalism experience to curate and structure news content relevant to Acadia and the Atlantic provinces. Collaborate closely with newsroom assignments and the Téléjournal Acadie team to adapt print and digital content efficiently. Your dedication to upholding journalistic standards will guide the production of impactful broadcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow regional, national, and international news trends
• Research, analyze, and verify reports for broadcast
• Collaborate with editors and journalists on coverage
• Prepare and adapt news content for various formats
• Supervise newscast content and direction during broadcasts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Seven years of journalism experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of newsroom logistics
• Mandatory bilingualism in French and English
• Strong analytical skills and resource network
