Description What you’ll be doingDo you enjoy helping others express themselves, improve their communication skills, and build meaningful connections?Join Toastmasters for Seniors: Building Healthy Relationships and Communication Skills as a Communication Support Assistant Volunteer and support older adults in an encouraging environment!This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in facilitation, interpersonal communication, and event support while making a positive impact on the confidence and well-being of senior participants. What You’ll Do:

• Assist facilitators during communication and relationship-building workshops
• Help guide participants through active listening, conversation practice, and group discussions
• Offer support, encouragement, and constructive feedback in a warm, respectful manner
• Facilitate or assist with paired activities, role plays, and small group exercises
• Promote a safe, inclusive space where seniors feel heard, valued, and connected
