En tant que plongeur, vous êtes un élément fondamental du succès de toute bonne équipe de cuisine. Il vous incombe de veiller à ce que toute la vaisselle soit lavée et rangée de manière sûre et organisée. Vous participerez également au nettoyage général de l'arrière-boutique et à la réception et au stockage des denrées alimentaires et des boissons. Vous devez être capable de travailler rapidement, de manière sûre et efficace, et de vous consacrer à un niveau élevé de propreté, de qualité des aliments et d'uniformité.
