Nanny Wanted - A Nice, Loving, Fun, And Experienced Nanny/Mother’s Helper Part Time For Two Kids 4 Years Old And 9 Years Old. Begin Sept.

Part-Time Nanny & Mother’s Helper Monday–Friday | 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (22.5 hours/week) Westdale, Hamilton Job Duties Household Support (1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.)

• Prepare a healthy family dinner to be ready by 5:30 p.m.
• Complete, fold, and put away family laundry.
• Tidy the kitchen, children’s areas, and main living spaces.
• Load and unload the dishwasher as needed.
• Keep children’s toys and play areas organized.
• Help maintain an organized home between our weekly professional cleaning visits.

Childcare (3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)

• Walk to pick up our children from school (a 9-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy). The walk is an easy 10–15 minutes through Westdale.
• Supervise the children at a nearby park after school.
• Walk the children home safely.
• Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities such as crafts, educational games, reading, baking, outdoor play, and imaginative play.
• Encourage learning, creativity, confidence, and independence in a positive environment.
• prepare dinner ready by 5:30 p.m.
• Communicate any important updates about the children’s day before the end of your shift.

• A confident home cook who can prepare simple, healthy family meals.
• Organized and tidy, taking pride in leaving the home neat at the end of each day.
• Responsible, reliable, and looking for a long-term position.
• Able to provide excellent references.

• Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your own child(ren) to work.

• Applicants must already be legally eligible to work in Canada. We are unable to provide sponsorship.
• We have weekly professional cleaners, so this role involves light household upkeep and organization, not deep cleaning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately 22.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.).
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
