Ottawa-Carleton Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Center

Ottawa-Carleton Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Center in Ottawa is seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support physiotherapists and occupational therapists in a busy private practice.

Responsibilities include carrying out treatment program administration under supervision, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing files and paperwork, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate records.
