AML KYC Contact Center Associate

BeachHead

Support AML and KYC inquiries through phone and email as a Contact Center Associate for a leading financial institution. Apply detailed checks and accurate documentation.

This associate role supports banking and financial services operations while handling complex transactions and compliance activities. You will conduct KYC checks, document findings, and report results against internal and regulatory standards. The work also involves customer service, escalation, and collaboration with compliance and investigation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound AML and KYC inquiries
Conduct KYC checks and document findings accurately
Process transactions according to procedures and SLAs
Escalate high-risk activities and operational issues promptly
Maintain confidential information and detailed documentation

Requirements:

Five to seven years banking operations experience
Proven call center and customer service experience
Hands-on KYC and AML compliance experience
Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Bring AML compliance, KYC review, customer service, and transaction-processing expertise to this contact center assignment.
