Job Responsibility:
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team in an administrative role. Candidates must have experience in catering and event planning/booking, human resource management, book keeping and accounting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute catering events from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to determine their specific event needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- invoicing and receiving payments for events
- daily cash reconcilition of restaurant cash outs
- gratuity tracking and inputting
- invoice recording and organizing
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with quickbooks online, DEXT, basic computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
