Print Sales Representative / Business Development Representative

ImageOn Print (IOPrint) is looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Print Sales Representative to help grow our print division across the GTA. This role will have a strong focus on developing new print and promo products clients, building long-term business relationships, and promoting our full range of commercial print, digital print, large-format print, signage, and related services.

The successful candidate will report to our ImageOn Print office in Vaughan, with occasional in-person attendance required at our Vaughan and/or Barrie locations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our promotional products and print services to businesses, organizations, schools, teams, events, and corporate clients throughout the GTA.

This role is ideal for someone with strong direct sales experience, great energy, and the confidence to represent an established company with a proven reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new print & business opportunities across the GTA and some Simcoe County
• Promote commercial print, digital print, large-format print, signage, display materials, business printing, and related services
• Support clients with print solutions for marketing materials, business collateral, event materials, signage, forms, labels, packaging, and more
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct in-person sales calls, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Identify client needs and recommend the right print and marketing solutions
• Prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and work with internal production and customer service teams
• Represent ION Group / IO Print professionally in the marketplace
• Support promotional product opportunities when they complement the client’s print needs
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the continued growth of the print and promo division

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the print or promo products industries
• Experience in commercial printing, signs, promotional products, or related industries is a must
• Strong business development and prospecting skills
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing accounts
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional approach to client service
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle for year-round sales calls and deliveries to own clients when where required
• Must be based within reasonable daily travel distance of the GTA sales territory
• Must be able to attend the Vaughan office in person as required, with occasional attendance at the Barrie office when needed
• Must have own car, cell phone and laptop
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application

Compensation

• Starting salary: $50K - $65K - negotiable based on experience
• + Commission
• Car allowance
• Cell phone allowance
