Relevant du Directeur de projet, le titulaire du poste est responsable de la planification, de la coordination, de la supervision et de la réalisation des travaux de construction des projets en sassurant de la conformité aux exigences contractuelles.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Planifier et coordonner les travaux en continu afin de respecter les échéanciers établis et les exigences du client
- Élaborer, coordonner les méthodes de construction optimum
- Participer à lélaboration de léchéancier de projet
- Préparer les P3S afin de respecter léchéancier maitre
- Participer et coordonner toutes les rencontres avec les professionnels, les clients et les sous-traitants
- Trouver et coordonner avec les intervenants des solutions aux problèmes technique de construction
- Contrôler la qualité des marchandises reçues et des travaux selon le plan qualité établie et gérer les travaux non-conformes selon la procédure
- Maîtriser le contenu des documents contractuels pertinents au projet
- Garder à jour des plans tels que construits
- Être responsable de la santé et la sécurité au travail avec les différents corps de métier, tel que les réunions, programmes de prévention, affichage, etc.
- Sassurer de la qualité des travaux avant linspection par les professionnels
- Être responsable proactivement de la correction des listes de déficiences dans un délai prompt et faire la coordination des corrections de déficiences dès quelles sont soulevées
- Remplir quotidiennement les documents administratifs (ex. rapports journaliers, bons de travail et bordereaux de livraisons codifiés, feuilles de modifications, rapports dinspection)
- Être en charge des immobilisations (roulotte, toilette, téléphone, identification, permis, etc.)
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de lentreprise
- Toutes autres tâches connexes
Qualifications
- Minimum de 5 ans dexpérience comme surintendant sur des chantiers de construction de bâtiments commerciaux, institutionnels et/ou multi-résidentiels
- Leadership, autonomie, orientation client, esprit d'équipe
- Carte de secouriste valide
- Carte ASP
