Role Description
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by coordinating project teams, maintaining project documentation, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Your adept coordination will be instrumental in driving project success and fostering collaborative excellence across the organization.

• Ensuring project teams adhere to provided timelines and deliverables
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicating project plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
• Swiftly resolving any challenges that arise during the project
• Building and managing strong relationships with multiple teams
• Overseeing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
• Analyzing project data and producing progress reports for evaluation

Your Qualifications

Your qualifications include:

• Background in engineering, engineering technology or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be credited. 
• 1-3 years of project management/coordinator experience within a similar industry
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks
• Adaptability to changing environments and timelines
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Capacity to organize priorities based on deadlines
• Familiarity with specific software packages related to project coordination
• Excellent presentation skills to convey information clearly

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, consummerate with experience and qualifications.
