Assistant General Manager (AGM)

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in the overall management and daily operation of the hotel. The AGM is a hands-on hotel leader responsible for maintaining high standards of guest service, employee performance, operational efficiency, and brand compliance.

The successful candidate will be visible and actively involved in daily hotel operations, providing leadership and support to the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other hotel functions as required.

·         Previous hotel management or supervisory experience required.

·         Experience as an Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or similar hotel leadership position is an asset.

·         Strong knowledge of hotel operations, particularly Front Desk and Housekeeping.

·         Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

·         Strong guest-service orientation.

·         Proficiency with hotel PMS and Microsoft Office is an asset.

·         Bilingual English/French is strongly preferred.

·         Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
