Real Estate Property Manager

Job Responsibility:
***LOOKING FOR REAL ESTATE PROPERTY MANAGER***
As a Real Estate Manager at Union Capital Realty, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing property management operations and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This position is essential for maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth within our dynamic team.
This position requires an individual who can work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks accurately in a timely fashion. Attention to detail is key. The successful candidate must be pro-active, well spoken, punctual and ready to grow with us!
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Managing incoming emails
- Filing and processing paperwork
- Data entry
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WORK INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Oversee daily operations of property management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven experience in real estate management or a related field. (PREFERRED)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. (REQUIRED)
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. (REQUIRED)
- Full G Driver's License/Access to your own vehicle (REQUIRED)
ABILITY TO COMMUTE
- Richmond Hill/Toronto/GTA (REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of customer service (REQUIRED)
- 1 year of office related work (PREFERRED)
- 1 years of real estate front desk experience (PREFERRED)
EDUCATION:
- Secondary School/Post-Secondary (PREFERRED)
LANGUAGE:
- English (REQUIRED)
- Cantonese (PREFERRED)
- Mandarin (PREFERRED)
