Affiliate Marketing Manager
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and relationship-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead influencer marketing efforts in the high-energy worlds of online entertainment. This role is perfect for someone who doesn't just "get" social you shape it . You'll design and lead influencer campaigns that turn heads, build trust, and drive performance across multiple digital platforms.
What You'll Do
Craft and execute influencer marketing strategies that fuel brand growth and campaign performance
Identify and partner with content creators, streamers, athletes, and personalities in the betting and gaming communities
Lead negotiations and manage influencer agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and measurable KPIs
Collaborate with creative, content, and social teams to produce high-impact assets and storytelling
Track and report on campaign results, making strategic adjustments based on performance insights
Stay ahead of platform trends, creator culture, and emerging strategies in influencer marketing
Ensure all influencer content is compliant with brand guidelines and industry regulations
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within sports betting or digital entertainment
Proven track record of campaigns that drove real results - engagement, user acquisition, and brand lift
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
Deep knowledge of the online gaming, betting, and creator landscape
Strong data literacy - you can analyze a campaign and optimize it without skipping a beat
Confident communicator with the ability to present strategies clearly and persuasively
Familiarity with advertising guidelines, compliance standards, and platform-specific rules
