Healthcare Business Operations Manager

Cosmetic Physician Partners, LLC

Lead business operations as a Healthcare Business Operations Manager overseeing clinics generating over $100M in revenue. Focus on P&L management and strategic planning for growth. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management, with an MBA preferred. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in business operations management. The successful applicant will manage P&L, mentor practice managers, and analyze financial data to drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee profit and loss statements for multiple clinics
Develop comprehensive data packs to identify growth drivers
Conduct monthly business reviews to assess financial performance
Lead and mentor practice managers during transformation initiatives
Facilitate weekly alignment meetings with operational teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years in business operations management
Proven P&L management experience
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
