Position Overview:
We're seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who is passionate about research, outreach, and driving new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified leads online, entering them into our CRM, and initiating contact via cold calls and cold emails.
The ideal candidate is self-driven , proficient with AI tools , skilled in writing effective outreach content , analytically strong in prospecting , and comfortable collaborating with the marketing team to create media content for lead generation .
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, directories, and databases
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Apollo, LinkedIn AI, etc.) to enhance speed, accuracy, and personalization in outreach activities
- Conduct analytic research to target and prioritize high-value prospects
- Create engaging email content, outreach write-ups, and communication templates
- Input and organize leads into the company's lead management system (CRM)
- Initiate outbound cold calls and cold emails to introduce our products/services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the creation of media content and outreach campaigns
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain detailed records of communications and lead status updates
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly outreach and lead generation targets
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Apollo, LinkedIn AI, etc.) to enhance speed, accuracy, and personalization in outreach activities
Qualifications:
- Must be highly proficient with AI-based tools for research, communication writing, and task automation
- 1-3 years of experience in a lead generation, inside sales, or outreach role (preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate)
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at writing professional cold emails, outreach messages, and basic ad copy
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing
- Tech-savvy - able to quickly learn CRM systems, outreach platforms, and research tools
- Collaborative mindset - able to work with marketing teams to help create effective media and lead generation content
- Professional, positive, and resilient attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with email sequencing tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Lemlist, Mailshake)
- Basic understanding of marketing content (social media posts, landing pages, graphics) is a plus
- Prior experience working in [industry or sector if relevant]
