Production Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Support and train frontline production team members
- Assist with inventory counts, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow on the production floor
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and inspection documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
