We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process and help create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and managing multiple tasks. Both entry-level and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
ResponsibilitiesSchedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
Assist with job postings and application tracking.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Help prepare hiring documents and onboarding materials.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to hire.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including email and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Previous administrative, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
