Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
• Educating customers about their benefit coverages and providing them with policy solutions that meet their needs.
• Assist clients in transaction processing, and account information updates as required.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and sales is ideal, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
• Computer literacy and strong internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earnings: $60,000 – $80,000 annually plus weekly bonuses

Interview Process

A member of our hiring team will reach out to schedule you for our initial company overview webinar. This session will cover our company culture, role specifics, and training programs to help you decide if we are the right fit for your career goals. Once completed, a senior manager will schedule a virtual 1 on 1 final interview.
