Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Requirements Elicitation, Process Design, Technology, Data Reporting and Delivery Support? Do you have an expeirence with Intake / case management / service delivery proceses?
We're looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work with our clients' Legal & Privacy Services team on an initial 9 month contract that has the potential for extensions. This position is hybrid and requires 2 days on-site in Victoria, BC. Advantages- Competitive market rates

The Contract Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support both the Legal Services & Privacy with Operational Excellence initiatives by leading requirements elicitation, process design, and solution analysis across key workstreams including intake, service model, reporting, and enabling technology. The role is critical to translating business needs into actionable requirements to enable a structured legal and privacy operating model, improved intake and triage processes, and data-driven reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years Business Systems Analysis experience.
