Demand Generation Leader - CoLab

As CoLab’s VP of Demand Generation, you'll drive marketing innovation and lead a talented team to elevate our demand strategy. Focus on creating effective pipelines and enhancing conversion efficiency. In this pivotal leadership role at CoLab, you will manage and mentor a four-person marketing team. Your expertise in integrated demand generation will help scale operations and create repeatable strategies. You will supervise various outreach channels and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure our marketing operates effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing-sourced pipeline creation and monitor CAC
- Develop and oversee multi-channel demand generation programs
- Guide and grow the existing demand generation team
- Launch and enhance CoLab's first ABM strategy
- Maintain budget oversight with direct accountability
- Minimum 10 years in demand generation in B2B SaaS
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated achievement in building high-impact demand gen teams
- Proven ability to analyze pipeline drivers effectively
- Expertise in executing diverse marketing programs
