Vice-Président Opérations ERP

Prenez les rênes en tant que Vice-Président Opérations pour l'unité d'affaires ERP chez Harris. Ce poste stratégique implique la direction d'équipes et la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de croissance. Dans ce rôle, vous serez à la tête de l'unité opérationnelle, élaborant et exécutant des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs financiers. En collaboration avec l'équipe de direction, vous développerez des plans à long terme et guiderez l'intégration d'initiatives basées sur l'intelligence artificielle. Vous devrez aussi soutenir les équipes de vente et de services dans l'acquisition de nouveaux clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Diriger l'équipe de direction de l'unité d'affaires
- Atteindre les objectifs de revenus nets et d'EBITA
- Élaborer une stratégie d'adoption de l'AI
- Présenter des bilans trimestriels à votre chef de groupe
- Travailler sur l'intégration des acquisitions
- Minimum cinq ans d'expérience en direction générale
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite
- Expérience de gestion d'un compte P&L complet
- Bilingue en Français et Anglais
- Minimum 25 personnes sous votre direction
