Team Lead II for YOESS Program

Elevate youth support as Team Lead II for the Youth Outreach Empowerment Support Service at Pacific Community Resources Society in Surrey. Full-time position focusing on leadership and dedicated youth outreach. At PCRS, the Team Lead for YOESS will actively supervise community-based initiatives aimed at empowering vulnerable youth aged 13 to 18. You will play a crucial role in enhancing service delivery while maintaining a connection with frontline operations. This position emphasizes a culturally safe, trauma-informed approach to leadership and youth service. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient program operations and service delivery
- Carry a caseload providing direct youth engagement
- Mentor and support YOESS staff for team cohesion
- Assess and document program effectiveness and needs
- Promote connections with community support services
- B.A. in CYC, YCJ, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years relevant leadership experience
- Proven skills in building trust with youth
- Criminal record check for vulnerable sector required
- Valid BC driver’s license & vehicle
