Senior Estimation Team Lead in Vancouver

Lead a skilled estimation team in Vancouver with a focus on accurate cost analyses for diverse building projects. Harness your leadership and technical expertise to enhance team performance. As the Senior Estimation Team Lead, you will manage a team of estimators in the Buildings Division. This role requires extensive experience in construction estimating and the ability to guide your team through all phases of preconstruction. You will work closely with the Preconstruction Manager to ensure that estimates meet project demands while adhering to standardized processes for accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimation team through preconstruction phases
- Oversee preparation of detailed and conceptual estimates
- Communicate with the Preconstruction Manager for strategy alignment
- Review project drawings and specifications for risks
- Ensure consistent estimating using templates and databases
- 8+ years experience in construction estimating
- 5+ years in a leadership role within buildings sector
- Proficiency in Sage and Destini estimating software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
