Instructional Excellence: Foster a culture of high-quality teaching and learning, supporting staff with professional development and data-informed practices. Collaborative Culture: Cultivate a strong Professional Learning Community (PLC) where collaborative teamwork drives student success and staff well-being. Community Engagement: Build strong, transparent relationships with parents, the local parish, and the broader Slave Lake community. School Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations, budgeting, and strategic planning of a Junior/Senior high school environment. Qualifications & Experience A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for one). A Master’s Degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred. Leadership Certification in Alberta (LQS) or readiness to obtain it. A practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education. Demonstrated experience in secondary school leadership, with a strong understanding of junior/senior high programming.
