ASSOCIÉ(E) AU SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE

Description du poste

Les associé(e)s au service à la clientèle et services spéciaux, sont responsables premièrement de traiter les retours d’articles en magasin et de l’ensemble du processus de suivi de la gestion des commandes clients (GCC), veillant ainsi à la satisfaction de la clientèle. L’étendue de ses responsabilités comprend, les retours d’articles en magasin, les commandes spéciales, les commandes avec installation et les commandes en ligne. Ils/elles ont aussi la charge de traiter les appels en magasin, ainsi que de répondre aux demandes des clients qui se présentent au comptoir du service à la clientèle en magasin.

Expériences et compétences recherchées

Avoir une expérience de minimum 1 an avec le service à la clientèle.
Posséder de bonnes compétences en informatique.
Être une personne structurée et organisée
Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable.
Posséder de solides aptitudes organisationnelles et interpersonnelles, et être doué pour le service à la clientèle.
Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions.
Pouvoir soulever une charge pouvant peser jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb), seul ou avec l’aide d’un(e) collègue.
Porter attention aux détails et faire preuve d’autonomie, tout en sachant travailler en équipe .
