Senior Sales & Recruitment Consultant – Shape the Future of IT Talent Across Industries

We’re looking for numerous Senior Sales & Recruitment Consultants to help expand our reach and deliver top-tier IT contractors—such as business analysts , project managers , full stack developers , solutions architects , and software engineers —to our clients on a contingent basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively identify potential clients in need of temporary or contingent workforce solutions .
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers through phone calls, texts, emails, social media , and in-person meetings .
  • Execute targeted outreach activities, including cold calls , virtual client presentations , and on-site meetings , to drive results and grow business.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring top-quality workforce solutions.
  • Leverage a tech-savvy and personalized approach to expand our reach and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Deeply understand each client’s business operations , processes , and strategic goals to tailor workforce solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals that align with client needs.
  • Consistently execute a recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of high-quality talent.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in sales and business development within the staffing industry.
  • A track record of being a top performer in everything you’ve done.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively via phone , video , social media , and in-person interactions .
  • Experience thriving in a team-driven , fast-paced , and results-oriented
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs.
  • A competitive mindset with a passion for results , resilience , self-confidence , and a drive to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • An innate curiosity, coupled with relentless determination—you thrive on solving challenges and love to win.
  • Availability to work from our downtown Toronto office at least two days a week.
  • Flexibility to visit client sites in areas that may not be accessible by public transportation.
