- Structure commercial and financial agreements
- Provide transaction and procurement advisory services
- Assess innovative funding and delivery model options
- Undergraduate degree in related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Know-how in infrastructure finance and analysis
- Background in project structuring or capital markets
- Experience with major infrastructure transactions
