Missions principales
Gestion de la base de données contact
- Mettre à jour et enrichir notre base de données (en collaboration avec la responsable des opérations et conseillère marketing)
- Mener une veille de marchés et des recherches ciblées pour soutenir nos actions de développement
Soutien au développement et à l’administration
- Participer à la rédaction et à l’optimisation de nos processus internes
- Organiser et classer des documents administratifs
- Relire et améliorer des documents internes
Ressources humaines
- Coordonner les entrevues entre les candidat·es et notre équipe RH
- Rédiger et publier les offres d’emploi sur notre plateforme de gestion des candidatures
Marketing et communication
- Contribuer à la création de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux et à la rédaction d’articles (en soutien à la conseillère marketing)
- Participer aux initiatives de visibilité sur LinkedIn, Facebook et Instagram
- Aider à la conception de sondages de satisfaction
Profil recherché
- Étudiant(e) ou personne en recherche d'emploi
- Polyvalence, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (suite Office) et curiosité pour les outils digitaux
Conditions
- Stage rémunéré (23$/h), à temps partiel
- Durée : été 2025 (dès que possible)
- Lieu : hybride (présentiel à Montréal et télétravail)
- Encadrement personnalisé et missions évolutives
