Become a Home Share Provider
The Williams Lake Association for Community Living (WLACL) is looking for compassionate individuals, couples, or families to become Home Share Providers.
As a Home Share Provider, you will welcome an adult with diverse abilities into your home and provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment. You’ll help them build independence, develop meaningful relationships, and participate fully in community life while making a lasting difference in someone’s future.
Salary range: $1500-$ 4000 p/month
We’re looking for people who:
- Have experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or related experience.
- Hold a valid First Aid certificate.
- Possess a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
- Are willing to complete a home study and Criminal Record Check.
- Are caring, patient, and committed to promoting inclusion and independence.
