Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will help manage day-to-day hiring activities and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, communicate recruitment updates, and support the hiring process from initial screening through offer coordination and onboarding. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and applicants, you will help keep recruitment activities organized and efficient. Accountabilities: You will support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate candidate information, and helping recruiters and hiring managers deliver an efficient and candidate-focused hiring experience. - Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews and manage availability between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring meetings run smoothly and efficiently. - Manage candidate communications: Provide timely updates, respond to candidate questions, and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain recruitment records: Keep candidate profiles, application details, interview notes, and other recruitment information accurate and up to date in internal systems. - Support recruitment activities: Assist with job postings, initial candidate screening, application reviews, and other talent acquisition tasks.

- Prepare interview materials: Organize relevant documents and information to help recruiters and hiring managers prepare for candidate assessments. - Coordinate follow-ups and offers: Support candidate follow-ups, offer administration, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for successful applicants. - Improve recruitment workflows: Help identify opportunities to streamline hiring processes, maintain organized documentation, and enhance the overall candidate experience. - Collaborate with hiring teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to track progress, manage priorities, and ensure recruitment activities remain on schedule. Requirements: You are an organized, proactive, and people-focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities while handling confidential information responsibly. - Organizational skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate schedules, manage deadlines, and prioritize competing tasks. - Communication skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. - Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive candidate information and recruitment documentation with discretion and professionalism. - Digital proficiency: Comfortable using spreadsheets, online collaboration tools, and digital systems to manage recruitment information and administrative tasks. - Independent working style: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and work independently in a remote environment. - Interest in talent acquisition: Genuine interest in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or People Operations. - Relevant experience: Previous experience in recruiting, HR, administration, customer service, or coordination is an advantage.
