What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Sales & Secure Job Openings
• Research and connect with businesses that are hiring (think tech startups, growing companies, and cool brands).
• Use LinkedIn, social media, and networking to reach decision-makers.
• Pitch our services, build relationships, and secure job orders for both our team and clients, ensuring the right talent is placed to support their projects.
• Grow Our Brand & Social Media Presence
• Create engaging posts and content that showcase our solutions and successes.
• Boost our LinkedIn and social media presence to attract clients and job seekers.
• Attend networking events (both online and in-person) to represent our brand and expand our reach.
• Stay on Top of Hiring Trends
• Research which companies are hiring and where new job opportunities are emerging.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation to track hiring trends.
• Help shape our outreach strategy based on real data and evolving market needs.

• Recently graduated or early in your career, looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, and recruitment.

Qualifications for Sales & Social Media Coordinator

• Interest in Sales : A strong passion for sales and business development, with a keen interest in building relationships and driving results.
• Sales Experience : 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred, particularly in business development, customer relationship management, or a similar field.
• Social Media Proficiency : Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Comfortable creating content and engaging with audiences online.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch services and create engaging content.
• Networking Abilities : Comfortable reaching out to new businesses, building relationships, and engaging with decision-makers.
• Tech Savvy : Familiar with using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : Highly driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong interest in earning commission based on performance.
• Adaptability : Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments, learn quickly, and thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial company.
